    I Hear His Whispers

    Monday, March 27, 2023

A friend of mine recently shared a devotional book with me that I absolutely love and I always like to share those with others. The title is “I Hear His Whispers for Women” by Brian Simmons with Sara Perry.

Here is just a portion of one of the daily devotions that I believe will bless you:

“As my child, you know my voice. You have recognized my still, sure voice in the quiet of your soul. My words, laced in love, have led you further into freedom every step of the way. Do you forget that I am a good Father? I am not silent, daughter. Lean into my loving heart and hear the words of life that fill you with the courage you  need. My guidance is always with your benefit in mind. If you choose to listen, you will not be disappointed.”

Isaiah 30:21 (Passion Translation) “When you turn to the right or turn to the left, you will hear his voice behind you to guide you, saying, “This is the right path; follow it.”

How many times do we as pastors’ wives get so caught up in the “doing” of ministry that we think He is silent? May we take the time to be still and listen to His voice and words and know He knows what is best for us even in the hard times.

I would encourage you to get this devotional and enjoy how each one does whisper His voice. We are here to walk with you on your ministry journey. Please let us know how we can come alongside you.
