What are the expectations for a person who would use this service?

1. They will be asked to attend individual or group counseling sessions

2. They will maintain confidentiality of shared information

3. They will be asked to willingly unpack their emotional baggage

4. They will strive to establish or repair boundaries

5. Spouses must be willing to participate in the process

6. They should expect to be confronted in love so they can grow

7. They will agree to be rigorously honest with themselves

What goals does Worthy Ministries have for applicants?

We will assess four areas of your life:

1. Your call to ministry: Renewal and restoration to God's call is our ultimate goal in this area.

2. Spiritual leadership: Information, classes and coaching will be available for you to improve your spiritual leadership skills.

3.  Relational skills: We will look for improvement in respect for self and others, and encourage skills in speaking the truth with love.

4. Organizational skills: Our goal is to strengthen your planning, delegating, and follow through abilities through information, classes and coaching.
